Professional review · A clear agreement

Human diagnosis.
An evidence-based decision.

After the free STRATA diagnostic assessment, we review your case professionally, examine the evidence and produce a report, measurement models and an initial plan for the next step.

What are you purchasing?

A substantive review.
With outputs you receive.

Saed Hassunah leads the human diagnosis of your case. The review commits to work and deliverables; it may recommend a full journey, a specific intervention or stopping with the insights gained.

01 / Report

Documented human diagnosis.

A comprehensive initial report based on available materials: current conditions, gaps, risks, priorities and reasons for the recommendation, identifying missing information and the limits of conclusions.

02 / Measurement

Models that show the basis of the decision.

The measurement models used to assess your case, with indicators, baseline and evidence sources, so you can understand how the diagnosis reached its conclusions.

03 / Plan

A next step you can understand.

A brief plan for the proposed approach: where to start, the order of priorities and readiness requirements for the journey. Full implementation has its own scope and agreement.

Two sessions. A clear start and an understandable conclusion.

The first establishes assessment questions and context. The second discusses findings, models and the plan, and answers questions.

02Video sessions
From payment to delivery

Know what happens.
At every step.

The case scope, dates for both sessions and delivery are fixed in the order confirmation before payment. Examination begins once inputs are complete and the opening session has taken place.

  1. Order approval and payment

Create an account or sign in, review order details, record your consent and pay the fee. You receive payment confirmation and a savable copy of the agreement.

Your step: account, then order confirmation and payment.
  2. Preparing the case file

We specify the required files, data and submission channel. You share the STRATA summary you choose to refer and evidence relevant to the assessment; conversations and files are not assumed to transfer automatically.

Your step: submit materials and name an organisation representative.
  3. Opening session

A video session to understand the context, establish assessment questions, verify inputs and identify what needs completing.

Your step: attend the session and explain the situation.
  4. Human examination and analysis

We examine evidence through the methodology's layers and document gaps and indicators. We seek clarification where needed before approving findings.

    Your step: answer clarification requests.
  5. Findings presentation session

A second video session to explain the diagnosis and measurement basis, discuss the initial plan and confirm understanding of the outputs.

Your step: discuss findings and questions.
  6. Delivery and the next decision

You receive savable copies of the report, models and plan. You then choose to stop with the review or discuss a new scope of work.

Your step: receive the package and decide.

If materials are missing or dates change, we explain the effect and agree an updated schedule. Reserving time alone is not performed work that justifies a deduction.

Your role in diagnostic quality

Evidence first.
Then conclusions.

We request only what your case needs. Information accuracy and completeness determine the depth of examination and what we can confirm.

How is your data handled?

Presence and performance

STRATA summary, channel and website links, available performance reports, and relevant content and campaign samples.

Identity and ways of working

Identity materials, messaging and target audience, team roles, and current decision and operating workflows.

Goals and constraints

Goals, priorities, resources, constraints and previous experience, with an authorised representative to answer and approve information.

Do not send passwords, card details or material you have no right to share. Redact unnecessary personal data and agree in advance how sensitive files will be handled.

After the review · Separate optional engagement

From understanding the case.
To an operational system.

If your case needs a full journey, we agree its scope first. The human review at 100 US dollars is a separate service; purchasing it does not accept or start the journey contract.

  1. Diagnosis

An initial reading of the case.

  2. Positioning

A map of the situation and a recommended path.

  3. Build

A ready team and an operable system.

  4. Operations

    Ongoing operation and regular reviews.

  5. Measurement

Results measurement and a handover package.

Journey completion

We measure what changed.
And transfer capability to the team.

We compare results with the baseline and document the agreed knowledge, decisions and outputs in a handover package. Knowledge transfer is part of delivery so the team can operate and develop the system.

Handover is completed before any optional follow-up contract.

Full journey agreement

Payments tied to progress.

The project total, scope and outputs are specified in a written annex before the advance is paid, under an agreement separate from the human review purchase.

After delivery

Continuous development.
A clear choice.

A separate ongoing-support contract can cover follow-up and improvement as needed. The journey does not automatically become an ongoing contract, and its handover does not depend on purchasing further support.

  • Defined needs and scope.

We define what needs follow-up or development and the required outputs and responsibilities.

  • Specific financial terms.

The amount, duration and payments are set out in a separate contract suited to the follow-up scope.

  • Signing after handover.

Follow-up starts after the journey has been fully handed over and the ongoing-support agreement signed, if you choose to proceed.

Agreement scope

Payment creates a commitment.
The scope is clear.

Completing the order and payment establishes the defined review commitment: you provide the materials, and we conduct the examination and deliver the outputs.

Review scope version PR-1.0

What does this agreement include?

A human review of the case specified in the order, two video sessions, a comprehensive initial diagnostic report, the measurement models used and a brief initial work plan.

The fee does not include system implementation, channel management, tools or regular follow-up. Any expansion of scope needs a clear agreement before implementation.

The customer's identity and capacity, contracting and invoicing entity, dates and total are recorded in the order before payment. The professional conducting the review is Saed Hassunah.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Before work starts: a full refund. Afterwards: the unperformed portion is refunded, deducting the proportionate share of fees for work delivered and documented, with no cancellation penalty.

We provide a settlement statement showing the work completed and its proportion. We do not deduct for reserving time alone, and your legal rights remain protected under the Financial Policy.

During the 14 days starting the day after contracting, starting work requires your express request and prior information on the proportionate charge. Without that request, work does not start within this period.

An early-start request does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Completion does not remove a legal right without express consent and prior acknowledgment where permitted by law.

Accepting this scope is not a general waiver of your rights. Send a cancellation request to hello@besterra.io.

The policy confirms receipt within two business days and refunds the amount due within 14 calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice.

What if we do not proceed to a full journey?

You receive the agreed review outputs even if the recommendation is not to continue. Payment does not guarantee acceptance of a later project or a particular performance outcome.

Review fees are separate from the project budget. Any credit against a later project must be stated expressly in the project proposal.

The full journey requires a scope, price and schedule annex approved by both parties before the deposit. Ongoing work after handover requires its own signed agreement.
