Financial policy

This page explains the financial rules used by the website, including the initial assessment, paid professional review, starting deposit, fees, payments, refunds and invoices.

By using the website or completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and understood the nature of each financial stage before paying.

From assessment to cooperation

Each stage has a purpose. The paid review is used when needed; cooperation is not guaranteed.

  1. Free initial assessment

STRATA may lead to a professional review when needed, another appropriate next step, a request for information, or no follow-up.

  2. A deeper review when needed

STRATA Pro Review may follow the assessment or a direct invitation. It recommends the appropriate next step; the fee does not guarantee cooperation.

  3. Approve the pathway and deposit

Once cooperation is approved, the deposit confirms the start, the scope is signed or approved, and work or accompaniment follows the agreement, respecting any documented special arrangement.

Stages and professional review

01

General principle

Completing a form or paying for a review does not begin a complete professional engagement.

  • Free initial STRATA assessment
  • Paid STRATA Pro Review when needed
  • Proposal of a suitable cooperation path
  • Confirmation through a starting deposit
  • Approval of the scope of work
  • Implementation or professional support under the agreement

Every payment has a defined purpose and does not create an open-ended relationship or unspecified commitment.

02

Free initial STRATA assessment

STRATA provides an initial reading of digital presence, clarity, positioning, messages, operations, fragmentation, and strain. It creates no financial obligation.

It is not a final diagnosis, acceptance for cooperation, or a guarantee of progression to a paid stage.

Possible next steps include Pro Review, another suitable professional step, a request for information, or no follow-up at this stage.

#02
03

STRATA Pro Review

A deeper professional review following STRATA or a direct invitation. The fee is 100 USD, payable before the review begins.

It may include reviewing STRATA, understanding the context, requesting additional files or links, examining examples of presence or content, a 45–60 minute meeting, a short clarification meeting, identifying the likely problem, and recommending a next step.

It does not include a complete engagement, campaign or content execution, operating system construction, full repositioning, a long detailed plan, guaranteed acceptance, or credit toward a later engagement.

The 100 USD fee is not deducted from later cooperation or its starting deposit.

#03
04

Pro Review cancellation and refunds

The fee is non-refundable once processing begins. Processing includes reviewing STRATA, reading submitted information, requesting more information, arranging or holding a meeting, analyzing the case, or preparing a recommendation.

If no professional processing has begun, a cancellation request may be considered within 24 hours of payment.

Transfer, gateway, and other external charges already deducted by a provider are not refundable.

#04
05

Pro Review outcomes

The review may recommend ongoing strategic direction, integrated professional support, a selective intervention, more information before a decision, or no further action.

Not proceeding does not mean the review failed. The situation may be unready, unsuitable, or not require cooperation.

The fee covers the professional review and remains non-refundable after processing begins.

#05
06

Proposing cooperation

Cooperation is not chosen as a ready-made product. Following STRATA and, when needed, Pro Review, the appropriate path is proposed according to the situation, complexity, readiness, objective, and available resources.

Possible frameworks include ongoing strategic direction, integrated professional support, and selective high-impact interventions.

Every later engagement has a separate agreement specifying value, scope, duration, and deliverables.

#06

Deposit and balance payments

07

Starting deposit

Once a cooperation path is approved, a starting deposit of 30% of the agreed contract value is requested. It forms part of the total contract price, not an additional fee.

The deposit confirms commitment, reserves time and resources, enables preparation, organizes the scope, supports collection of required information, and confirms the initial schedule.

Work does not begin before payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Illustrate the deposit

Enter the amount without a currency symbol, e.g. 1,000.50. This value is not saved.

Deposit · 30%
Balance under the agreement · 70%

An illustration only, not a quote or payment request. The agreement determines the remaining payment schedule.

Starting deposit refunds
#07
08

Starting deposit refunds

The deposit is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed or practical preparation begins.

Preparation includes allocating time, requesting detailed information, preparing the scope, arranging meetings or schedules, reviewing case materials, preparing the launch plan, or beginning professional coordination.

A cancellation requested before any preparation may be considered individually, with deductions for transfer charges, processing costs, or allocated professional time.

#08
09

Remaining payments

Payment of the balance follows the approved agreement. It may be due in one payment before work, in milestones, monthly during ongoing support, before each phase, or under a specified arrangement.

Final outputs are not delivered and further stages do not begin while due amounts remain unpaid, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

#09

Ongoing work, interventions and resources

10

Ongoing advisory arrangements

Fees for ongoing or monthly support follow the agreed schedule. Unused hours or meetings do not automatically roll over or become refundable unless the agreement states otherwise.

Late payment may suspend work, reschedule meetings, or restrict access to follow-up or outputs until outstanding amounts are settled.

#10
11

Selective interventions and defined projects

Pricing depends on scope, duration, sensitivity, and complexity. An intervention may involve reviewing a specific issue, a campaign or sensitive moment, presence or messages, decision sessions, team guidance, platform review, or focused recommendations.

Every intervention has a defined scope and does not automatically become unlimited or ongoing support.

#11
12

Courses, programs, and digital resources

The website may offer free or paid programs, courses, guides, templates, files, and resources. Each product's registration or purchase page specifies its payment and refund conditions.

Downloadable files are generally non-refundable after access or download. Recorded courses are generally non-refundable after activation unless stated otherwise. Live programs may have specific cancellation terms. Paid program places are confirmed only after payment or completion of registration requirements.

Specific product or program terms form part of this policy.

#12

Scope, scheduling and late payments

13

Additional work and scope changes

Work beyond the agreed scope is additional work. This includes extra meetings, materials, platforms, teams, significant objective changes, new outputs, or extended duration.

Additional work is priced separately or the contract value is amended with approval. It is not automatically included in the original price.

#13
14

Rescheduling and cancellation

Meetings may be rescheduled subject to availability and reasonable advance notice. Repeated lateness, non-attendance, or rescheduling may result in a session being charged, a path being paused, or the schedule being revised.

Client cancellation after work begins does not create a refund entitlement for completed stages, allocated time, or preparation already undertaken.

#14
15

Late payment

Late payment may temporarily suspend work, postpone meetings, stop delivery or access to materials, reschedule the project, or trigger a review of continuation terms.

Persistent delay may end cooperation or require repricing if the schedule, scope, or required resources change.

#15

Currency, invoices and payment methods

16

Currency and external charges

Prices are generally in US dollars unless another currency is specified. The final amount charged may vary because of payment gateway fees, bank fees, exchange differences, international transfer fees, local taxes, or intermediary charges.

These external costs are not borne by the website or included in the service price unless explicitly stated.

#16
17

Taxes and invoices

Invoices or payment requests may be issued by the legal or trading entity identified for the engagement. Local tax or financial obligations in the client's country remain the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Required invoice details should be provided before issuance. Reissuing invoices after payment depends on available amendments and applicable accounting rules.

#17
18

Payment methods

Payments may use an online gateway, bank transfer, payment link, or another method specified to the client. Full card details are generally not stored on the website. Payment data is processed under the provider's policies.

Basic records may include payer name, date, amount, purpose, status, and a reference number for administrative and accounting purposes.

#18

Disputes, prices and contract priority

19

Disputes and chargebacks

For a financial objection or clarification, contact the official channel before opening a provider dispute. A dispute or chargeback after processing or work has begun may suspend service or further cooperation until resolved.

Disputes about payment for completed work or allocated professional time are handled using the available records, correspondence, and payment logs.

#19
20

Pricing changes

Prices may change. A change does not affect a completed payment or an offer approved during its validity period.

Special offers, discounts, and introductory prices apply to a specified period or situation and do not establish a permanent price or future entitlement.

#20
21

Specific agreements

This is the website's central financial policy. Specific terms in an approved offer, contract, invoice, or written correspondence are read alongside it.

In a direct conflict, the approved written contract takes precedence for that particular engagement.
